the vegetable artist returns
Artistic veggie trays returned to the Schwartz Family Thanksgiving this year, when Karl and I traveled to Michigan from the east coast. I created two, as usual. One for snacking and the other for dinner. I had to procure a new platter, since my old one is still packed away in one of my boxes, which is stored in the loft of my parents’ garage and not easy to access. The first tray was designed with my Grandfather in mind, but it was Karl who gave me the idea in the first place. The second was designed on the fly, incorporating the surviving remnants of the first tray with the vegetables designated for the second round.

Ha! I love the first one! It’s like Spaghetti-Os, but way healthier!
When you said grandfather, I knew Ohio State would be involved somehow!
Nice job!
